Miss Ng is the main conveyancing partner in the firm. She was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 7th September 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Miss Ng was practicing with Lee Hishamuddin & Gledhill — one of the leading law firms in Kuala Lumpur.
Her current practice encompasses corporate advisory work, housing development projects, advising the developers; attending to loan transactions, real estate transactions involving sale & purchase, financing, tenancy and lease transactions involving sale & purchase, financing and also tenancy & lease transactions.
Conveyancing, Real Estate and Corporate & Consumer Banking
She is currently advising 3 developers in their on-going development including, but not limited to drafting the necessary documentation with regard to the specific development.
E.g. joint venture agreements, trust deeds between the landowners and the developers, power of attorneys, attending to loan transactions as well as related sale & purchase agreements with regard to the developers’ housing projects, banking loan, financing security documents, ‘sub-sale’ sale & purchase agreements, drafting of various sale & purchase agreements, applications for relevant consents from state authorities, wills and power of attorney.
She also handles security documents such as housing loan agreements in respect of conventional loans as well as Islamic facilities.
Corporate & Commercial Contracts and Corporate Advisory
Miss Ng also advises matters involving foreign direct investments in Malaysia, commercial agreements, project development and corporate law.
She has previously dealt with both local clients and foreign counsel in cross-borders transactions as well as buyers/sellers of companies, businesses & assets, and franchising work.
In the past, she acted for a developer in the drafting and handling all necessary legal documents (including the lease of the completed school complex to the school operator) for the construction of a private school complex in Section 14, Shah Alam. The private school is capable of housing approximately 3000 students — both primary and secondary.
Recently, she was engaged to advise an international school operator on the construction of an international school complex in a new proposed township, situated adjacent to Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
