Su-San is the conveyancing partner in the firm. She was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 7th September, 2006.

Prior to joining the firm, Su-San was practicing with Lee Hishamuddin & Gledhill, one of the leading law firms in Kuala Lumpur.

Her current practice encompasses corporate advisory work, advising on the housing development projects which includes joint venture agreements, trust deeds between the landowners and the developers, power of attorneys, as well as related sale & purchase agreements with regard to the developers’ housing projects, banking loan, financing security documents, ‘sub-sale’ sale & purchase agreements, drafting of various, tenancy and also lease matters.

She has previously dealt with both local clients and foreign counsel in cross-borders transactions as well as buyers/sellers of companies, businesses & assets, and franchising work.

In the past, she acted for a developer in the drafting and handling all necessary legal documents (including the lease of the completed school complex to the school operator) for the construction of a private school complex in Section 14, Shah Alam. The private school is capable of housing approximately 3000 students — both primary and secondary. Subsequent thereto, she was engaged to advise an international school operator on the construction of an international school complex in a new proposed township, situated adjacent to Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
