Taysher graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West of England, Bristol. He was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2024.
He has experience in civil and commercial litigation and has acted in a range of matters involving contracts, negligence, employment, construction, strata management and housing development disputes.
He has appeared before all levels of the Malaysian courts and has experience conducting contested proceedings, appeals, judicial review applications and other interlocutory and enforcement proceedings.
He currently assists the firm’s partner, Lai Chee Hoe, and acts for developers, joint management bodies and management corporations in a range of contentious and advisory matters.
