Ms. Yap Siew Mun graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) in 2017 and went on to obtain her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2018. Her practice centres on conveyancing and property-related matters, where she has developed extensive experience in handling diverse transactions.
Since then, she has built a solid track record in handling a diverse range of legal work, including conveyancing, banking and finance, tenancy, wills, probate, and estate administration.
Ms. Yap’s conveyancing experience spans a wide spectrum of transactions, from direct purchases from developers to complex sub-sales, property financing for both conventional and Islamic banking, perfection and discharge of charges, and tenancy arrangements.
