Yap Siew Mun

Yap graduated from University of London with Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) in the year 2017 and obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) qualification in 2018.

She commenced her pupillage at Messrs Loi, Tan & Associate and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in March, 2020. She was then retained by the firm and tasked with handling an array of conveyancing, litigation, probate & administration of estates and family matters work.

Yap’s main area of practice is conveyancing. During her years of practice, she has possessed vast experience in handling conveyancing matters like direct purchase from developer, sub-sales matter, property financing for both conventional and Islamic banking, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, tenancy agreement.
