On 21 January 2025, Jabatan Perumahan Negara (“JPN”) led another small group discussion together with our partner @laicheehoe. This round, JPN had a small group half-a-day session with LAM and PAM seeking feedback among others, issues relating to designing of a strata scheme, partial certificate of completion and compliance (“CCC”), assigning exclusivity of common property and common facilities at the inception.
