On 12 June 2025, Logic Plus organised the SMA Seminar 2 of 2025 and attracted a strong turnout of more than 130 participants including developers, property management companies, joint management committee and management committee members.
The speakers lined up on that day were;
(a) Sr Wong Kok Soo, chairman of Burgess Rawson Management Sdn Bhd who is also part of the focus committee in amending SMA 2013;
(b) Tuan Farhan Hassan, the Deputy Land Administrator and Registrar under the Putrajaya Federal Territories Land and Mine Directors office; and
(c) Lai Chee Hoe, the principal of Messrs Chee Hoe & Associates.
Much was shared in the seminar especially to the introduction of SIFUS, its implementation, the need to adhere to the weightage formula and the given exceptions.
