Deyvinah holds a Bachelor of Law with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from Cardiff University. She was subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2021 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2022.
She has appeared in all levels of courts in Malaysia, representing clients in a wide range of matters including complex negligence claims, employment matters, land disputes and Bar Council matters.
She is also experienced strata management and housing development disputes. She has also assisted in scam matters against big corporations for fraudulent schemes and land disputes.
She currently assists the firm’s partner, Lai Chee Hoe and acts for the developer, joint management body and management corporation in a range of litigation suits pertaining to strata matters.
